Hearts asks Goku to join forces with him, needing his power and with the intention of taking down Fu and Goku agrees. Goku is contacted telepathically by Xeno Trunks who informs him that he is currently in the universe that Fu had created, a fake copy of the original Universe 7 that has no signs of life within but soon finds out the two universe are connected. In the anime, within the Pseudo Universe, the Warrior in Black stands a top a building in West City while Goku runs down the streets below dodging various spaceship blasts being fired in his direction.
